🌱 Leafy Greens (Mixed)

Our leafy greens are a seasonal mix of tender greens grown naturally at Mama Anita’s Farm. The mix may vary depending on what is thriving in the field at the time of harvest.


In season: November–April


Leafy greens are ideal for fresh salads, quick sautés, wraps, and bowls. They pair well with citrus, herbs, and infused olive oils, making them a versatile foundation for everyday meals.

Our mixed leafy greens include a rotating selection of tender greens grown seasonally at Mama Anita’s Farm. Harvested young and fresh, these greens offer mild flavor, variety, and versatility, making them easy to incorporate into everyday meals.

How to get it

Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage)

Bok choy is a crisp, mild-tasting, nutrient-dense leafy vegetable that’s low in calories and rich in essential vitamins and minerals. Its tender green leaves and crunchy white stems make it versatile and easy to enjoy both raw and cooked.

Nutritional Highlights

Bok choy is packed with:

  • Vitamins: A, C, and K  
  • Minerals: Calcium, potassium, folate, and selenium  
  • Fiber & antioxidants to support overall wellness

Regularly including bok choy in your meals may help support:

Important Note

Blood Thinners: Bok choy is high in vitamin K. If you are on blood-thinning medications, consult your doctor before consuming large amounts.
