Mama Anita’s Little Gardeners is a special place created just for children to learn, explore, and grow.
At Mama Anita’s Farm, we believe that every seed has a purpose—and that learning how to plant and care for it is something children should experience early in life. Gardening teaches patience, responsibility, and respect for the land. It shows us where our food comes from and reminds us that good things take time, care, and love to grow.
This page is designed to help children become curious about gardening and growing fresh, organic food. Here you’ll find fun activities, coloring pages, and simple lessons that show how seeds are planted, watered, and nurtured as they grow into healthy plants. These activities are meant to be hands-on, creative, and easy to enjoy at home, at school, or in the community.
My hope is to pass along the knowledge that was shared with me by generations before—knowledge rooted in caring for the earth, not wasting what we’re given, and growing food that nourishes our families and our island. By teaching children today, we help ensure a stronger, healthier Eleuthera for tomorrow.
Thank you for letting your little ones grow with us.
